Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced Office Manager in Casper, Wyoming.
This is for a company in the Oil and Gas industry and is temporary to hire job opportunity.
The pay is $18.
00 hr to start with full benefits.

Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Office Manager Qualifications / Skills:
Financials Purchasing Inventory control Inside Sales Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Two to three years' experience in an office setting manager Proficient with office software and SAP Excellent customer service Inside Sales experience Pay for this position is starting at $18.
00 hour to start and is a temporary to hire opportunity.
Hours are 8:
30am-4:
30pm Monday-Friday.
