Establishes and maintains record files on all equipment, man-hours and materials used for repairs.
Provides data relating to resource utilization and equipment status to management.
Analyzes and processes historical equipment data, purchasing supplies and materials, reviewing budget allocations, and developing various management reports.
Develops filing systems, and assists management and clerical support staff in maintenance of the filing system so all activities are recorded, and hard copy historical information is accessible.

Experience:
One full year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-05 level; or its non-Federal equivalent that includes experience entering data into databases; running reports from databases; and reviewing documents for completeness.
GS-07 Specialized
Experience:
One full year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-06 level; or its non-Federal equivalent that includes experience maintaining information in a database; reviewing reports from data from a database; and preparing and reviewing documents for completeness.
GS-08 Specialized
Experience:
One full year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-07 level; or its non-Federal equivalent that includes experience managing a database; reviewing and submitting reports from data from a database; preparing and reviewing documents for completeness; and recommending improvements for database administration.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.
g.
, Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.
g.
, professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
